Be Like a Tree

Be like a tree. Grounded. Growing. 
Flexible and Strong. 

For many of us the start of a new week brings prosperity, positivity and endless ideas! Keeping grounded is important in these moments so we can move with focus and integrity.
It's important for us to find our balance and move through the week with a strong heart, mind and gut. Finding balance can require patience and self compassion. We won't always find it right away and sometimes you have to swing the pendulum to the opposite side in order to find that balance. This can feel scary and daunting as we don't know what's on that other side of the swing. But trust yourself. Trust your heart, your head and your gut. Let your practice guide you on and off the mat.
